What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style per color. However, we can accommodate smaller quantities for sample orders or new client trials. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

How long does production take?

Standard production time is 15-25 days after sample approval and deposit payment. Rush orders can be accommodated with additional fees. Sample production typically takes 7-10 days.

Do you provide samples?

Yes, we provide samples for quality evaluation. Existing samples are free (shipping cost applies). Custom samples are charged $50-100 per piece, which is refundable upon order placement.

What certifications do you have?
